Because of different screen resolutions and the difficulty of capturing the true beauty of jewelry with photographs, we guarantee the jewelry you receive will look better in person than it does on this website. If your purchase (*excluding customized items) is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money. Simply return your unused/unaltered merchandise with the original paperwork and packaging within 30 days of receiving your order. We promise to process your request in a timely manner.
*Customized items are guaranteed to be made to the specifications. If items are not to the specifications, we will replace or correct.

How do I return something to Gallery 1211?
All returns must have a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Please contact us at assistance@gallery1211.com for your RMA before sending anything back to us.
When returning items:
1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.
2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.
3. We will not give a credit or refund for used/altered merchandise.
4. If you have received a defective item from us, return the item and a copy of your invoice.
For orders that are damaged in shipping:
Please notify us immediately so we can take the proper steps to replace the damaged merchandise.

Shipping Policy
We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within the 50 United States (standard shipping only), and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (standard shipping only). Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling.If you would like to have us ship your order to an address other than the billing address for your credit card, your credit card company must have the alternate shipping address on file. We will contact your credit card company to verify. We will not ship any credit card orders if the shipping address can't be verified. Packages over 20 pounds may require additional shipping time. We do not ship internationally or to the U.S. territories.
Order processing and shipping
- Allow 7-10 business days for customized orders to be shipped.
- Orders received before 4 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday will begin processing that day and may ship the next day. Orders received after 4 p.m. Central Time will be processed the next day and may ship the following day. Orders received after 4 p.m. Central Time Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and may ship on Tuesday.
- Most of our transportation partners do not process orders on the weekend. Therefore, if your order is shipped after 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday, you may experience a delay between your order shipped confirmation email and the actual shipment of your order.
Weekend delivery Overnight, 2-day, and 3-day packages are delivered Monday through Friday only.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require an additional one to two days. |
