Common Custom Requests

§ Changing the type of stone(s) currently in a piece to a birthstone, anniversary stone, favorite gemstone, and/or diamond.

§  Changing the stones characteristics (quality, size, shape, cut, color, clarity, and/or carat).

§  Change the type or color of the metal if it isn’t listed for the piece (14K, 18K, or Platinum) (white or yellow).

§  Ring sizing- size a ring to a size not listed as an option for a piece.

§  Change or add a setting (4 prong, 6 prong, tiffany, tulip, basket, straight bezel, tapered bezel, etc.).

    These are just a few of the options. Many more are available. If you are thinking of something and it isn’t listed above please send us a request and we will determine whether the request can be done (the chances are pretty good it can) and let you know how much it will cost.

The Custom Process

1.      Select a piece.

2.      Decide how you would like it to different.

3.      Send us a request to customize the piece(s) with the item number and what you would like
     changed.

4.      We will determine whether the request can be fulfilled.

                  5.      If the request can’t be fulfilled we will notify you by e-mail and suggest some alternatives.

6.      If the request can fulfilled.

   ·     We will e-mail you a quote (quotes expire after 10 days) and instructions to process your request.

                               ·     Follow the instructions to process your request or let the request expire.

                   7.  Most custom requests are usually shipped within 7-10 business days from the processing date.

                   8.  When you receive your custom order inspect it to make sure it is to the specification.
                         If it is not to the specification contact us immediately and we will make the correction.

Custom Returns

    Custom items are made special for you, to your specifications. Because of this, they cannot be returned for a refund or credit. If we make an error we will gladly correct it.
