Gallery 1211 offers you the opportunity to create your ideal piece of jewelry with our ability to modify most of our collection. Whether it's changing stones or the type of metal, an assortment of options is available. Please fill out this request form and submit it to us to receive a quote. We will review your request and contact you with your quote within 2 business days. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.

The Process

We will determine whether your request can be fulfilled. If your request can't be fulfilled we will notify you by e-mail and suggest some alternatives. If your request can be fulfilled we will e-mail you a quote (quotes expire after 10 days) and instructions to process your request. Follow the instructions to process your request or let the request expire. Most customize requests are usually shipped within 7-10 business days from the processing date. If it will take longer we will notify you. When you receive your customized order inspect it to make sure it is to the specification. If it is not to the specification contact us immediately and we will make any corrections.

Custom Policy

When you receive your custom order, inspect it to make sure it is to the specification. Customized items are made special for you, to your specifications. Because of this, they cannot be returned for a refund or credit. If we make an error we will gladly correct it by, at our discretion, modifying or replacing the item(s).
